Blown-In Insulation DFW
Blown-in fiberglass insulation for DFW attics and walls. Virgin fiberglass, not recycled. No settling, no mold, no combustion concerns.
Blown-in insulation is the most cost-effective way to get high R-values in an existing attic. It conforms around wiring, ducts, and plumbing — covering everything evenly instead of leaving gaps like batt insulation.
We use virgin fiberglass, not recycled material. Recycled cellulose settles over time and loses R-value. Fiberglass doesn't absorb moisture, doesn't support mold growth, and is non-combustible. It's the standard for Texas attics.
The installation process uses a blowing machine that fluffs the fiberglass as it's applied, ensuring consistent density across the entire attic floor. We use depth markers to verify the correct R-value. No thin spots, no settling gaps.
Before we blow insulation, we air-seal all penetrations and install baffles at every soffit vent. This prep work is what separates professional installation from a quick blow-in job.
Our promise
Virgin fiberglass, not recycled. No settling, no mold, no combustion concerns.
Frequently asked questions
How long does blown-in insulation last?Fiberglass blown-in insulation doesn't degrade over time. It will maintain its R-value indefinitely as long as it stays dry and undisturbed.
Does blown-in insulation settle?Quality fiberglass blown-in insulation settles minimally — about 2-5% over time. We overfill slightly to account for this.
